2. Documents

Upon arrival, every guest (including infants) must provide their ID card, passport, or driver's license for electronic document processing, as required by NTAK regulations. More information on this process can be found here.

3. Arrival and Departure

3.1. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the arrival day.
3.2. Self check-in is available.
3.3. Please vacate the accommodation by 9:00 AM on the departure day to avoid additional charges.
3.4. The host or representative will be present at the specified arrival/departure times if needed.

4. Keys, Security, Leaving the Accommodation

Report any lost keys immediately, and guests are responsible for the cost of replacement or lock change.  

5. Facilities

5.1. Rearranging furniture is only allowed with prior approval.
5.2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper use of facilities.

6. Smoking

Smoking and using any form of smoking devices or incense indoors or on the terrace is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning fee of HUF 20,000.

7. Belongings/Valuables

The accommodation is not responsible for personal valuables or the security of vehicles parked outside.

8. Pets

No pets are allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.

9. Receiving Visitors

The number of guests must not exceed the booked capacity without prior notice.

10. Cleanliness, Waste Disposal

Dispose of household waste in the provided bins. Extended stays include weekly cleaning with bedding and towel replacement. Please keep the kitchen clean and wash dishes before departure.

11. Parking

Free parking is available in space #5. A fee of HUF 10,000 will be charged if parked elsewhere.

12. Garden

The garden is maintained by the host. Please take care of plants and use balcony furniture responsibly.  

13. Accidents, Damages

Report any damages immediately to prevent further issues.

14. Noise and parties

Be mindful of noise levels between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1. The host is not responsible for events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, fire, power outage).
15.2. Unauthorized entry in the guest's absence is not allowed, except for security or unavoidable reasons.
